Iowa Court Says Gay Marriage Ban Is Unconstitutional

Well, it keeps on spreading.

It used to be thought that gay marriage would work its way in from the two coasts but now the christers and wingnuts are being overcome from the middle of the country as well.

This is such good news.

Photo is of an Iowa marriage between two men that occurred in the brief period where the first judge declared for marriage and before it was put on hold pending appeal. There have been gay marriages in Iowa for awhile. Only the few that made it through the window at that time.

In the meantime, we await the action of the governor of Vermont. Will he veto what has already been passed?
