Post Office Tired of Begging Congress

I bet that the USPS had some support from the Obamas on this.

It is high time that there be some constructive civil disobedience as far as the legislative branch is concerned.

I have seen the Post Office's business plan. It is cohesive, makes sense and would put them on a business basis (which the GOoPers are always talkin' about) in short order. Most people agree it is a good plan.

But Congress wants to meddle, to micromanage. Fuck 'em.
