Stinker

Very few book adaptations survive on the screen whether film or video.

I should not have expected much from the CBC production with Lothaire Bluto.

Other Voices Other Rooms (1995).

Truman Capote's first successful short novel. Or novella.

The film is a travesty.

Told in a simulation of Capote's voice the story, slim and thin, is rolled out in one lousy farm after another.

I could not watch it all.

A 1 out of Netflix5. A long time since I have seen this much bad in only 20 minutes before I ended my misery.
