Phil has been at it for a long time, so I am hanging with him. There are a lot of pretenders. One on Staten Island has stolen the NYT attention. Many more.

Phil is the only true groundhog predictor.

I also grew up in Pennsylvania so Phil was a local boy. Loyalty.

It is now a circus atmosphere because of the movie and, probably, it is inhumane by today's rules.

But Phil and his handlers carry on. Do you have any idea how much this is worth to the local businesses? A lot.
