I was a member of a union and I have been a supporter ever since.

I am girding myself for the new supermarket workers' strike here.

The last time, I would not cross a picket line and ended up with Stater Brothers who signed an agreement to go with whatever the others negotiated.

It will be the same this time.

This commercial doesn't look too ludicrous today. It is still possible to buy clothes made in the US. But you have to be ready to shop for them.
