I love shit like this.

Art at MoMA: Tuna on Wheat (Hold the Mayo)

What I like most is that Alison Knowles has been doing this since the sixties, this particular piece.

And that she can still find new twists.

I like the conviviality of it and the aspect of chance among the participants.

I love the spirit which is both organized, highly, and anarchic.

I would love to be invited but these days you have to sign up and be in New York. At the MoMA.
