If a tree falls in the forest….

….does it make a sound if Mitch McConnell is not there to deny that a sound was made?

Mitch's job description is to obstruct and deny.

Be the go-to "no" guy for the GOoPers and then deny that he is saying no.

It is beyond comprehension.
