From the Political Animal this afternoon:

* Israel puts Biden in an awkward spot: "Hours after Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. vowed unyielding American support for Israel's security here on Tuesday, Israel's interior ministry announced 1,600 new housing units for Jews in East Jerusalem."

There isn't a lot to say about this. I would have liked to be in the plane when Biden found out.

I just have to remember that one of the very first things the Jews did when they got to Palestine was to ambush and kill over a hundred Palestinians at Deir Yassin and they are still at it today.
