POWER SUCKERS

I am beginning to believe that there might be an alternative to incandescent bulbs.

I have ranted here about the fluorescents which suck. Now LED. Maybe. How much are they going to cost?

I remain, as always, skeptical.

This is, incidentally, about the power absorbed in manufacture. The power in use is a fraction of any other alternative.

They look ugly though. Oh well.
